Park+ was founded in September 2026 by Amit Lakhotia (ex Paytm, Tokopedia & Makemytrip). He has spent more than 10 years building signi- cant size internet businesses.
After passing out of IIM Ahmedabad, he joined at senior management level in multiple internet startups at an early-stage and played a critical role in scaling them to multi-billion dollar companies.
At his last stint in India, he is credited to building the Paytm wallet from scratch. Park+ is funded ($ 35mn) by marquee institutional investors like Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners and successful startup founders as Angel investors including the likes of Makemytrip (Deep Kalra), Bookmyshow (Ashish Hemrajani), Cred (Kunal Shah) and Snapdeal (Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal).
Job Location- Mumbai
The role entails :
• Handling & managing the complete maintenance of city to ensure smooth business functioning
• Brining new technical solutions to optimize the cost of overall maintenance on the sites
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed is in accordance with the specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver the assigned works within assigned timelines with available resources, analyze and resolve work problems with TAT.
• Educate customers / Clients about our products, basic equipment repair and up-keep procedures to minimize escalations
• Auditing all the sites as per the defined SOPs and quality standards.
• Develop a Preventive maintenance(PM) schedule, ensure full preventive maintenance is carried out, and lead the team to deliver effectively
• Must have good excel knowledge to ensure every data related to site should be captured in our systems
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders within & outside organization for resolution of the complaints within TAT.
• Have prior experience of handling team, hiring team & setting up processes.

What you need to have :
• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering
• 7-10 years of work experience in planning, execution, Installation, Maintenance, Testing and commissioning of Security systems especially Boom Barriers and other Access control / security systems.
• Ability to lead Team of Site Engineers and coordinate with different departments in ensuring timelines and process flow is maintained
• Immense con- dence to evangelize a nascent brand and project it with conviction
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Willingness to stretch on bandwidth and working hours if the situation demands
