Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Company Representative to support our business operations and act as a point of contact for administrative and client-related matters. Responsibilities:
Act as an official company representative for administrative and operational tasks
Communicate with clients, partners, and service providers via email and phone
Assist with document processing and basic record-keeping
Coordinate appointments, calls, and follow-ups
Support internal teams with general administrative duties
Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Basic computer skills (email, documents, online tools)
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Previous administrative or representative experience is a plus, but not required
