I am hiring on behalf of my client, a leading technology company in Dubai, looking for a skilled and dynamic Company Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional with prior experience in a call center or a similar customer-facing role. The candidate should be able to effectively represent the company, maintain client relationships, and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, upholding the company’s values and mission in all interactions.
• Participate in both online meetings to support product and service development, collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings based on client feedback and market research.
• Organize and conduct Zoom meetings with clients and internal teams, preparing detailed agendas, documenting meeting notes, and following up on action items.
• Engage in market research and analysis to gather valuable insights, contributing to product improvements and strategic decisions.
• Display resilience and adaptability in handling challenging situations, utilizing problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and maintain productivity.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively, and acting as a reliable point of contact to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Skills:
• Prior Experience in Call Center or Similar Role: Experience in customer service or call center roles is a significant advantage.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Effective Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Virtual Communication Tools: Skilled in using platforms like Zoom and Slack for effective communication.
• Analytical Skills: Capable of conducting research and interpreting data to support strategic decisions.
• Business English Proficiency: Excellent command of business communication, both written and verbal.
• PowerPoint Proficiency: Ability to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate key messages.
• Rapid Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing business needs.
• Stress Resistance: Capacity to maintain composure and performance under pressure.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a call center or technology environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

2. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu:

a. realizacji toczącego się procesu rekrutacji na stanowisko wskazane w ogłoszeniu,

b. prowadzenia przyszłych rekrutacji (jeśli wyraziła Pani/wyraził Pan zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych na potrzeby przyszłych rekrutacji);

3. Podanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do celów o których mowa w pkt 2;

4. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przechowywane do czasu wygaśnięcia roszczeń związanych z procesem rekrutacyjnym na stanowisko wskazane w ogłoszeniu.

W przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych dla potrzeb przyszłych rekrutacji, Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w okresie 2 lat

od przesłania aplikacji lub do czasu wycofania zgody;

5. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz ich poprawiania, sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo

do przenoszenia danych oraz prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego w przypadku, gdy przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych narusza przepisy;

6. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do: wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie, przy czym cofnięcie zgody nie ma wpływu na zgodność przetwarzania, którego dokonano na jej podstawie przed cofnięciem zgody. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane aż do ewentualnego wycofania zgody na przetwarzanie danych w procesie rekrutacji, nie dłużej jednak niż do wygaśnięcia ewentualnych roszczeń związanych z procesem zatrudnienia;

7. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO oraz art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.
