Position:
Company Secretary

Qualification:
CSExperience: 10 to 15 years, in logistics/Shipping industry

Location:
Mumbai

Job Purpose :
To carry out all Secretarial functions and compliance of the companies within the group

Thrust Areas:
To ensure full compliance to Listing Agreement with Stock Exchanges.

To ensure strict adherence to Corporate Governance and practices adopted by the Company To conduct and record board meetings & other committee meetings including shareholders meetings as per requirements.
Timely preparation & filing of all Statutory documents with ROC, SEBI, Registrar & other authorities. To ensure compliance with various statutory. To maintain Statutory Registers as required under Companies & Allied acts.

To maintain all documents pertaining to the above tasks and be responsible for all legal documents related to the company, its subsidiaries, directors etc.
Should have strong experience in compliance to Listing Agreement with Stock Exchanges strict adherence to Corporate Governance and practices adopted by the Company.

Must have handled board meetings & other committee meetings including shareholders meetings as per requirements, timely preparation & filing of all statutory documents with ROC, SEBI, Registrar & other authorities
