We are looking for an experienced and qualified Company Secretary to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and statutory requirements, managing corporate governance, IPO Process and facilitating smooth communication between the board of directors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with banks and government bodies to ensure compliance.
Prepare and file various forms under the Companies Act.
Manage compliance with the Company Law, Foreign Exchange Laws (FEMA), SEBI, and RBI regulations.
Negotiate, draft, and finalize contracts and legal documents.
Provide comprehensive support for Secretarial, Legal, and Compliance activities.
Maintain and update statutory records of the company, ensuring compliance with the latest amendments in the Companies Act.
Assist the team with daily compliance requirements related to IPO, SEBI Listing Regulations, Companies Act, FEMA, and RBI.
Supervise and manage compliance tasks for various clients.
Manage and maintain statutory records for clients.
Act as the guardian of compliance and ensure all legal requirements are met.
Facilitate communication between the board of directors and other stakeholders.
Safeguard corporate records and ensure they are maintained in an orderly manner.
Requirements:

Required Membership Number from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Secretarial, Legal, IPO Process and Compliance activities.
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, FDI, FEMA, SEBI, IPO and RBI regulations.
Expertise in preparing legal documents and regulatory filings.
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English (preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
