Company Secretary Legal Principal Responsibilities : o Legal contract enforcement negotiation o Author, Edit, Manage Contracts o Support in paperwork relating to contracts,legal compliance, affiliations. o Employee / Investor / Franchisee negotiation / issue management o Help in negotiations with prospective Franchisees Vendors. o Liason with legal experts o Independently Track, execute, close all legal notices,legal cases against company if any o Legal aspects of Contracting, Mamp;A, commercial laws o Property due diligence o Filing legal claims for over dues. o Litigation management if any o IPR Management (including Trademarks, Copyrights, patents, designs) - Ensure timely application for new IPR or renewal of existing IPRs which initiating - Secretarial Work o Company Law compliance o Organize and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs), follow up on actions from meetings, maintain statutory books, etc. o Prepared Code of...
