Job Description
• Assist the Legal & Company Secretary team in routine corporate secretarial tasks, including drafting documentation, filings, and compliance submissions.
• Prepare corporate documents such as board/shareholder meeting notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, directors' reports, and annual/extraordinary general meeting records.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure all records are up-to-date.
• Manage and update the internal contract management database.
• Handle filings, registrations, and submissions of statutory forms/returns with regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance.
