Company Secretary

Responsibilities :
• Preparation of Agenda of Board Meeting, Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee Meeting and General Meetings.
• Convening & Conducting Board, Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee Meetings.
• Preparation of Minutes of Board Meeting, Committee meetings and General meetings.
• Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books & registers under Companies Act,
• 2013.
• Preparation of various declaration, attestations and certifications under the Companies Act
• 2013.
• Drafting of Director’s Report, Notice of AGM as per Companies Act, 2013 along with required annexure.
• Performing various compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder
• Filing of various e-forms for the company with ROC including XBRL filing.
• Preparation of various Management Information System report
• Compliances relating to incorporation of a company and ESOP.
• Drafting of agreements and contract.

Salary-Around 40k
