Job Description :
We are looking to induct to our team a diligent, rule-following, law-abiding, ethical, and meticulous compliance manager/company secretary who will be looking after primarily the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring end-to-end compliance with provisions of the Companies Act
- Should be well aware of the latest updates in company law
- Liaison with ROC/Govt. authorities/PCS and ensuring all secretarial filings
- Conducting Board meetings and general meetings & maintaining all secretarial documents required under the Companies Act
- Drafting and vetting legal agreements/ contracts/ MOU/ notices, coordinating with vendors, external lawyers, auditors, and consultants in ensuring that all agreements/reports/ documents are prepared on time and reviewed before filing. They should have a fluent thought process and excellent drafting skills
- Any other compliance matters as assigned from time to time
Requirements :
- CS membership is a must
- Preferably LLB
- Must have at least 2 years of experience
- Should be able to communicate well at all levels and directly engage with the Board of Directors and Managing Director on all compliance-related aspects
