About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to lead our Retail Banking Business. The ideal candidate will drive growth across key products, develop strategies for business acquisition and portfolio expansion.
The role involves:
• Developing and implementing cluster-level strategies for business acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Expanding product reach by identifying new customer segments, geographies, and market opportunities.
• Leading Sales Verticals including CASA, Retail SME, and DSA tie-ups.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring performance of branch managers and sales teams to achieve targets.
• Setting goals, providing feedback, training, and mentoring to the team.
• Fostering deeper engagement with customers through relationship management initiatives.
• Promoting superior service standards to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinating with centralized departments for timely processing of applications and smooth conversion of leads into actual business.
Requirements:
• Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University; MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Retail Banking with proven experience in Sales, Branch Management, or Cluster Management.
• Prior experience in handling CASA Sales, Retail SME Sales, and DSA partnerships is preferred.
