Experience:- Min. 5+ yrs in same field & same industry.
Job Location- Jaipur (Raj.)
Job Responsibilities :
Compliance of legal & statutory requirements.
Convening of Board meeting, shareholder meeting.
Filing of all statutory forms with MCA before the due date.
Filing of return with RBI Compliance.
Maintenance of Secretarial records as per the Company’s Act.
Registration of Shareholders, Directors, Share Transfer.
Maintain minute’s book of shareholder, board of directors.
Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Minutes of Meetings.
Preparation of Annual Report.
Statutory registers, share certificates, transfer deeds.
Constitutions of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and CSR Committee under Companies Act 2013.
Other various regulatory and need based compliances of Companies Act, 2013.
Drafting Agenda, Minutes, Resolutions, Notices, and Director’s Report, Annual Reports and various other correspondences.
Audit of Statutory Compliance Other Assignments:
1. LEGAL AGREEMENTS & POLICIES
2. POSH Compliances
3. Other Compliances
Tracking of all Licences like Factory, Pollution etc with its renewal & expiry etc.
Audit of Statutory Compliance Export Matters: EPCG, MEIS & Bank Coordination for EBRCS.
