1. To handle corporate secretarial matter and Compliances

2. Preparation and review of secretarial documents including meeting related documents together with drafting of resolutions and other related papers.

3. Preparation and review of directors’ report, annual return and filing of various forms (including XBRL filing) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Reserve Bank of India and other annual secretarial compliances.

4. Maintenance and timely updating of all statutory register and original records as required under the Act.

5. Handling various compliances under the Companies Act, 2013

6. Sound Knowledge of the provisions of the Act & applicable Rules and Secretarial standards

7. Obtaining LEI and undertaking RBI compliances and monthly banking compliances

8. Working on corporate financing and liaising with banks

9. Liaising with government authorities, Authorized Dealer Bank and any other authority as may be required

10. Assist the team for maintaining the corporate governance of the group
