Company Secretary (Legal - Governance)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at Lawrbit Global Compliance Network located in Jaipur. The Company Secretary will be responsible for implementing and managing the corporate governance/compliance control framework, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Experience in corporate governance and compliance management

Knowledge of regulatory intelligence and laws across multiple jurisdictions

Professional qualification as a Company Secretary

Experience in the legal or compliance industry is a plus
