What You’ll Do
Engage with customers to understand their needs through structured questioning
Effectively explain pricing, coverage options, key features, and other relevant product details in line with compliance requirements
Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences
Show resilience and maintain motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls
Stay informed on product offerings, process changes, and industry updates to ensure accurate and compliant information is provided
Work collaboratively with team members to support a high-performing, customer-focused environment
What You’ll Bring
A team-focused mindset and strong motivation to achieve goals
Clear communication and problem-solving skills to support customer decisions
Openness to coaching and a desire to keep learning
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential
