We’re partnering with a leading game studio to hire a Compensation Partner / Analyst III for a 6‑month contract. This role is 100% remote (within California only) and offers the chance to drive meaningful compensation initiatives.
Pay Rate: $60–$86/hour (W2)
What You’ll Do:
• Partner with HR, TA, and leaders on complex compensation matters and pay equity
• Support annual compensation planning, job leveling, and off‑cycle reviews
• Design and maintain fair, competitive compensation practices
• Use data and modeling to provide insights and recommendations
• Support job architecture and compensation governance processes
What We’re Looking For:
• 6–8 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
• Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation laws and compliance
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling & analysis)
• Ability to communicate insights to business and leadership
• Workday and international compensation experience is a plus
