Complaint Resolution Officer
Your Role
As a Complaint Resolution Officer with IBAC, you will play a critical role in managing complaints and enquiries from the Victorian community. You will be responsible for assessing complaints, providing information about IBAC's role and jurisdiction, and communicating difficult messages to complainants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive and complex issues.
