About Us

Happy Days is a charity supporting people experiencing homelessness, addiction, poverty, and complex needs.

We provide safe accommodation, practical help, and emotional support to help people rebuild their lives.

The Role

We’re looking for a compassionate and organised Service Coordinator to help lead our Complex Lives team, delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support across our Walk-in service, Winter Shelter, and supported accommodation at Clare Road and Grey Court.

You’ll manage daily operations, support staff, coordinate with partners, and help ensure the highest standard of care for those we serve.

What You'll Do

Lead and support a small team delivering frontline support

Manage a caseload and respond flexibly in times of crisis

Oversee service delivery across our key accommodation settings

Build strong partnerships with NHS, local services, and voluntary agencies

Monitor data, risks, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement

About You

You’ll bring experience working with people facing complex challenges, strong coordination and leadership skills, and a commitment to empowering others.

You’ll be resilient, compassionate, and confident working with partners and in high-pressure environments.
