Job Description
The Compliance Advisor is expected to support our client base in ensuring that their operations align with the regulatory compliance requirements of corporate laws, anti-money laundering (AML), UBO, CBCR, ESR, etc.
The responsibilities of the Compliance Advisor are:
• To act as the responsible executive in Compliance Advisory in relation to Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime risks.
• To articulate the Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime risks for our clients.
• To support our clients to maintain an effective control framework and to ensure compliance with all relevant external laws & regulations, internal codes and policies and good market practices
• Provide advisory services to our client base in order to ensure a clear understanding of compliance risk exposure with respect to clients, transactions and products.
• Managing the relationship with relevant regulators on behalf of our clients.
