Job Description:
• Main Responsibilities:
• Taking care of IT compliance and conducting Information Systems Audit for the Bank.
• Conducting Information Systems and Security audits, application control reviews and application functionality reviews.
• Performing IT audits as per the agreed annual audit plan.
• Assisting team members in conducting compliance reviews.
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual submissions to the Board/Audit & Compliance Committee.
Key Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory environments for banks in India, particularly RBI & FEMA requirements.
• Good coordination skills.
• Strong research capabilities and ability to interpret regulatory guidelines effectively.
• Familiarity with banking areas such as Trade, Remittances, and Treasury.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills:
• Chartered Accountant (preferably first attempt).
• Law or Company Secretary degree is an added benefit.
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Services, preferably handling RBI Inspection.
• Impeccable integrity and strong compliance consciousness.
