Job Title: Compliance Officer (RBI) - Financial Services- Mumbai
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable RBI regulations.- Should be able to independently develop and maintain a compliance checklists, manuals, and other regulatory documentation for continuous monitoring.
- Regularly monitor changes in regulatory guidelines from RBI and other relevant authorities and update compliance processes accordingly.- Design and implement a comprehensive compliance testing program to assess adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Perform independent testing and review of internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable RBI regulations.
- Document findings from compliance testing, prepare reports, and communicate results to the Senior Management and the Board.
- Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks across all functions and departments in the organization. Maintain and update the Compliance Risk register.
- Regularly assess the adequacy of risk mitigating controls designed and recommend enhancements where necessary.
- Conduct training sessions to raise awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of compliance requirements.

- Strong communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Mandatory: Strong knowledge of RBI regulations
