About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance & HR Administrator to join our Mumbai support team. In this backend role, you’ll collaborate with our UK clients’ HR & Compliance teams to manage documents, update staff records, and ensure ongoing compliance with UK regulations.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. Note: This is not a direct employee-facing HR role.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update policy documentation in line with UK standards (CQC, GDC, GDPR, Health & Safety)
Upload and manage compliance-related files on HR portals
Monitor and track training, certifications, and renewals for staff
Keep accurate and confidential HR records
Manage onboarding/offboarding documentation
Assist in preparing compliance files for inspections and audits
Generate reports for UK clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR administration, compliance, or similar roles
Prior experience in the healthcare or dental sector is a bonus
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable working UK business hours (afternoon to evening IST shift)
