About the role



Reporting into the Legal Director, you will manage and oversee the organisation’s policies whilst liaising across and at all levels. You will be involved in creating, amending and managing all policies as you look to streamline and update them as necessary. Ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved along with utilising technology to streamline tracking and storing will be important success measures.



On a day to day basis, you may be required to:



Roll out policies and track completion
Review the policy schedule and review / amend policies
Present and propose policy amendments to the necessary stakeholders
Review policies which should be introduced / decommissioned
Ensure compliance within the organisation and relevant regulatory bodies


About you



This role will suit someone who is looking to make a difference in a truly rewarding and evolving environment. You will be technically very competent and have prior experience in policy development and management.



The successful individual will have:



Sound experience in policy and compliance governance
Ability to confidently interact and influence across an organisation
Excellent attention to detail, time management and written skills
