Our Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (“CCOR”) organization is at the fore front of managing risk in a complex and changing regulatory environment. In this role, the candidate has a great opportunity to contribute to the CCOR. The overall goal is to reduce data risk and mitigate exposure to associated regulatory, operational, and legal risk. The candidate will contribute to this goal by managing, collaborating and supporting existing and new initiatives, including identifying current or potential issues, proposing solutions, reporting and communications.
Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications
This role provides the opportunity to contribute to the continued build-out of the CCOR program. The person will manage various key reporting activities and play a key support role in all Business Management functions such as Headcount Management, Access/Entitlement Management, Business Resiliency support, Office of Legal Obligations, KPI/KRA metrics, Records Management, Inter Affiliate Charter Management, Centralized reporting for Budgetary support, Flash Reporting, etc., The candidate is expected to be working very closely with various regions (EMEA / LATAM / APAC) and Cross-Line of Businesses (Corporate Investment Banking / Asset & Wealth Management).
2 - 5 years of experience as business manager in any function preferably within the financial services industry
Overall Experience of 7+ Years
Strong Data analytical skills with ability to work with huge datasets
Strong knowledge on MS Office tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge on SharePoint / Shared Drive Management and Records Management
Ability to create Senior Management /executive level presentations independently
Self-starter with minimal supervision
Professional maturity and confidence in engaging and expressing a point of view
Strong attention to detail; highly organized
Results-oriented with the ability to formulate proposed solutions and coordinate with Senior Management
Timeliness; bring projects to completion on schedule
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize accordingly
Knowledge on IA tools like (Tableau/Alteryx) will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Prior experience with Risk or Compliance functions is highly desired but not mandatory
Work Timings: 1:30pm to 10:30 pm India Standard Time
