Job Description
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws such as:
PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and Contract Labour Act.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and returns as per regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and authorities for statutory filings.
2. Documentation & Record Management
Maintain employee compliance documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, and statutory forms.
Ensure proper maintenance of muster rolls, wage registers, leave records, and attendance records.
Maintain contractor compliance documentation where applicable.
3. Government Liaison
Coordinate with government departments for inspections and audits.
Respond to statutory notices and ensure timely compliance submissions.
Assist during labor inspections and maintain compliance reports.
4. Payroll & Benefits Compliance
Coordinate with payroll team for PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions.
Verify contributions and challan payments.
Ensure proper documentation for employee benefits and claims.
5. Compliance Audits
Conduct periodic compliance audits across BVG Hyderabad locations.
Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare compliance reports for management review.
6. Employee Support
Assist employees with PF, ESI, and statutory benefit queries.
Facilitate PF transfers, withdrawals, and ESI claims where required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Commerce / Law
Diploma or certification in Labour Laws / HR Compliance (preferred)
Experience
2–5 years of experience in HR Compliance / Statutory Compliance
Experience in handling PF, ESI, CLRA, and labor law compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
