Roles and Responsibilities:
• To handle Statutory HR Compliance
• Responsible for Labour Law compliance at PAN India level.
• Liasoining with labour authorities, regulatory bodies for licences /renewal under various labour laws. Personnel, Industrial Relations & welfare activities in the company.
• Updation and Implementation of latest amendment under Labour Law.
• Ensuring 100% compliance also conducting quarterly surprise Audits.
• Handling Government Inspection and reply to the Notices Negotiation with Govt. Authority for Licensing & Inspection etc
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements under various enactments.
• Constantly review the business conduct and ensure business practices are well within the compliance requirement.
• Procurement of licenses and registrations under various applicable laws,
Skills & Exp :
• A minimum of 2 years working experience with a law firm or a corporate house,
• Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Eye for details, energetic & hands-on
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment
