We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join us as Compliance Executive on your expertise, we believe you could be a strong fit for this role.

Title: Compliance Executive
Department: Compliance
Reporting to: Compliance Manager
Location: Ghatkopar West
Job Responsibility:
File monthly / quarterly/ Annual Statutory returns (PF , ESIC, PT, LWF etc. on time )
Maintain and update compliance registers for labor laws, ESI, PF, gratuity, and other
statutory requirements.
Ensure timely submission of returns under applicable labor laws (Factories Act, Shops &
Establishments Act, etc.)
Endure Client-specific compliance as per contact clauses and SLAs.
Coordinate with external consultants or auditors for compliance audits.
Track renewal of licenses, certificates, and registrations.
Support Finance/Operations in maintaining employee-related compliance (e.g., minimum
wages, working hours, ID cards, etc.).
Conduct internal compliance checks and surprise audits at field locations.
Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior management.
Support implementation of company policies on POSH, grievance redressal, code of conduct,
etc.
Train employees or vendors on compliance awareness (where required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
