Job Description: SENIOR COMPLIANCE OFFICER
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Loan Industry Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the loan industry, with expertise in responding to queries related to Credit Information Bureau India Limited (CIBIL), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding CIBIL queries, RBI regulations, loan processes, and related topics.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
· Collaborate with internal teams such as loan processing, compliance, and legal departments to resolve complex customer issues.
· Document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries accurately in systematic manner.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer complaints.
· Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
· Uphold confidentiality and data security standards when handling sensitive customer information.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in the loan industry with a focus on customer service, preferably in a similar role.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
· Proficiency in using CRM software for customer support.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and documentation.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
