Job Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic Compliance Manager with 5+ years of experience in information security, focusing on compliance and risk management, to join our team. You will report to the General Manager of Compliance & Revenue Assurance.
The Compliance Manager will ensure adherence to information security standards, policies, and regulations for Ozonetel’s solutions. This role involves implementing and monitoring security controls to protect customer data and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also oversee security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks, managing the security compliance for multiple customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations related to information security and data privacy in a master service agreement, statement of work, or any such contract between Ozonetel and a customer.
• Ensure compliance with Ozonetel’s organizational policies and standards for information security and data privacy.
• Monitoring compliance with information security policies and procedures, and reporting on the effectiveness of security measures.
• Develop and conduct information security and data privacy awareness programs and training for relevant teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for information security and data privacy matters for assigned customers.
• Collaborate with Ozonetel’s IT, Compliance, Product Support, and other supporting functions.
• Stay current with changes in information security regulations and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701.
• Communicate IT and product changes to assigned customers.
• Coordinate investigations into security incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate external, internal, or third-party audits/assessments conducted by assigned customers and address any non-conformances or observations.
• Work closely with the leadership team of Ozonetel and customer organizations to develop and communicate information security or data privacy-related communications and reports.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in information security, focusing on compliance and risk management
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in using information security tools and technologies
