Job Description
1. Manage employee records, ensuring up-to-date and confidential HR data.
2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, including employment contracts and workplace safety regulations.
3. Manage employee-related statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
4. Address labor-related disputes or grievances in compliance with applicable laws.
5. Conduct periodic audits to ensure labor law requirements are met.
6. Oversee statutory filings and reporting, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.
7. Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and guidelines.
8. Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
