This role monitors the compliance at Department and Organisation level.

The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to establish and continuously improve a consistent compliance framework for the identification, management, monitoring and reporting of Compliance risks and issues.

The role provides functional support to internal departments in areas of compliance with regulatory bodies, monitoring and testing of adherence to regulatory requirements, reporting requirements of regulator etc.· Handling compliance monitoring tools and support branches & various units of the Bank to promote the Compliance culture.· Establish and continuously improve a consistent compliance framework for the identification, management, monitoring and reporting of Compliance risks and issues.
· Eye for detail and expertise in performing banking compliance functions, advisory and testing. · Understanding of Regulatory laws, regulatory strategies especially in the areas of Liabilities, Advances, Forex &Treasury Compliance. · Adequate exposure to the Compliance Monitoring and Testing framework and implementation.

Ability to measure the compliance index of all concerned departments/ stakeholders on the basis of the quality and timely adherence to all the compliance activities mapped to them
