Compliance Manager
International BPO
Work Location: Chandigarh
Ctc upto 14LPA
• Design, implement and lead a risk management strategy for the account
• Support the program on embedding a risk aware culture
• Responsible to conduct a detailed FMEA for the process, highlight and discuss all failure modes related to financial, agent errors, malpractices with the process as well as location Leadership
• Responsible to work with various stakeholders to build an action plan to mitigate the identified failure modes
• Responsible to ensure that audits are performed across sites for the identified vulnerabilities and highlight the non-compliance to the respective stakeholders
• Work with all stakeholders to reduce / improve the non-compliance
• Performs Ad Hoc tasks as deemed necessary that are related to identifying / mitigating risks
