Job Description
What you will work on:
Should be well-versed with the compliance guidelines and controls for all regulatory requirements including RBI related compliances, SEBI, Companies Act, etc.
Should be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.
Liaison and deal with auditors and regulators from time to time
Should keep abreast with the latest regulatory changes/ requirements and adhere to such requirements
Prepare compliance reports for the Management
The ideal candidate:
Highly driven and motivated individual with the ability to get hands-on where required
Possess good interpersonal skills and maintain cordial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Should be professionals of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete their duties, keeping in mind the objectives of the business.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding drafting skills and strong negotiation skills
Qualification and
Experience:
4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Law Firm, Consulting Firm, Banks, NBFC and Lending space.
Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a reputed institute with a good academic record
Possess relevant secretarial experience, preferably in with a lending company or in the NBFC/BFSI sector
Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws including RBI compliance, Companies Act, etc
