Job description
My London City Law Firm Client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor who is able to speak and write Arabic to join the team.
You should ideally have around 5 years PQE upwards and have experience of dealing with new build conveyancing work and acting for buyers.
You should be able to speak and read/write Arabic and deal with Arabic speaking clients as well as English speaking.
My Client is keen for you to be able to make connections with agents and developers and build on this source of work in acting for overseas Middle Eastern buyers purchasing UK property.
They are also keen for you to attend property launches in the Middle East.
This a great opportunity in a long standing law firm with a great reputation in dealing with property transactions for investor purchasers both domestically and offshore.

We're currently working with a brilliant leading Legal 500 law firm, providing incredible legal services to both individuals and businesses. They have built a strong culture fostered around support and development.
They're currently looking for someone to join as Compliance Manager, reporting into the Head of Compliance, offering support across the business. Supporting the business with day-to-day queries in areas including anti-money laundering, conflicts, data protection, complaints and regulatory standards.
Supporting the Head of Compliance & MLRO, you will ensure compliance with the SRA standards & Regulations, staying up to date with relegant regulations and internal policies to assure the firm is in line with policies and procedures.
You will bring:
• Experience in Compliance within a law firm
• Ideally be a qualified solicitor or FCILEx
• Strong experience of using case management systems
