About the role
Implement the Allianz Technology Group Compliance Management System and manage compliance risk identification and assessment.
Monitor compliance with external/internal requirements and provide early warnings for legal changes.
Develop and execute the annual Compliance Plan, conduct investigations, and maintain reporting tools (CIMT& CCMT).
Support compliance reviews, conduct spot checks, control testing, and participate in global compliance projects.
About you
Over 5 years of professional experience, with a focus on compliance, risk analysis, and controls frameworks; project management skills are beneficial.
Strong understanding of process and control design, re-engineering principles, and business impact awareness for compliance and corporate governance.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex compliance issues to diverse audiences, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Demonstrated teamwork, intercultural experience, and the ability to maintain independence and integrity, with strong analytical,
