Job Description
The role of Compliance Officer is responsible to review the bookings and make them live based on the set guidelines / process and proactively raise the query for any required documents. The Compliance officer must ensure the proper compliance check and contract should be send out as per the set timeline.
Job Responsibilities:
• Candidate should have good experience into reference chasing, document chasing and client coordination.
• Flag any high-level escalations to the supervisor within a reasonable time frame to ensure the correct support is given before the query escalates further.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with the consultants.
• Ensure all process breaks are flagged to the relevant consultant within UK team.
• Should chive Daily Productivity/Quality/SLA’s
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
• Minimum 1 years’ experience dealing with and managing compliance documentation for NHS clients (desirable)
• Excellent communication both verbal and written in English language.
• High level of customer awareness
• Able to communicate with individuals at a senior level.
• Assertiveness when appropriate
• High level of professionalism
• Problem solving
• Ability to empathize and understand other perceptions.
• Able to offer solutions to complex challenges/situations.
• Knowledge of UK National Framework compliance (CPP, HTE and CCS) – preferred, not essential.
Schedule:
UK hours (1.30 to 11 PM IST)
