• Hands on knowledge of Compliance of MF/AIF.
• Close coordination with operations team/tax advisors/fund
• accountant/bankers/custodians/NSDL/CDSL/Brokers to review processes.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various client commercial agreements including Distribution
