As our new Compliance Sales Specialist, you will serve as the point-of-contact in terms of Microsoft Operational Compliance, taking charge of ensuring Crayon’s 100% adherence. This pivotal role involves collaborating with Sales & Operations teams to meet MS compliance regulatory requirements effectively.
Key responsibilities will include
• Work collaboratively with OEMs and internal teams within Crayon
• Understand the compliance requirements defined by the OEM and align them with respect to severity and impact on Crayon
• Analyze Crayon's compliance trends, identify key checkpoints, and establish a proactive process to detect and resolve non-compliance issues promptly
• Collaborate with Microsoft and Crayon stakeholders to facilitate the mitigation of compliance concerns
• Stay updated with Microsoft compliance policies and communicate them to respective teams
Your Competencies
• At least 5 years experience of working with Microsoft Operational Compliance or similar
• Must be proficient with Microsoft compliance and processes
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Licensing and Operations i.e. order loading process
• Must have decent understanding of Microsoft Government & AR (Additional Reseller) Business model
