• *Responsibilities**:

1. *Health Compounder Duties:*

- Follow compounding procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including USP

, as applicable.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the compounding area and equipment to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.

- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of compounding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

2. *Employee and Worker Care:*

- Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee well-being, including health and wellness programs, stress management workshops, and team-building activities.

- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, providing support, guidance, and resources as needed.

- Collaborate with management to address employee feedback and implement strategies for improving workplace satisfaction and morale.

- Organize training sessions on topics such as workplace safety, ergonomics, and mental health awareness.

- Facilitate communication between employees and management to ensure that concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

- Coordinate with HR to administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness incentives.

- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess job satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and offer support as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field, or equivalent education and experience in pharmaceutical compounding.

- Current pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) or similar certification is preferred.

- Previous experience working in a compounding pharmacy or healthcare setting is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of compounding principles, techniques, and equipment.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to compounding pharmacy practice, including USP guidelines.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and compounding medications.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

salary ;

- 15k to 20k

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
