Your Tasks
Garantizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de equipos en fabricación, pesado, granja de tanques y planta piloto.
Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, priorizando seguridad y continuidad operativa.
Realizar análisis de causa raíz e implementar acciones para evitar recurrencias.
Elaborar y estandarizar procedimientos de mantenimiento (metodología Manex).
Administrar herramientas, registros en SAP e indicadores clave del área.
Proporcionar soporte técnico a clientes internos y desarrollar al personal a cargo (si aplica).
Your Profile
Técnico o Ingeniero en Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Electricidad Industrial o afín.
+3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial en sector cosmético, farmacéutico o alimenticio.
Sólido conocimiento en bombas industriales, motores, reductores, válvulas, instrumentación y lectura de diagramas técnicos.
Experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y análisis de averías.
Perfil orientado a resultados, con toma de decisiones y enfoque en seguridad (LOTO, trabajos críticos).
Liderazgo, inteligencia emocional y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
