โข Develop and manage 3D models using Revit for architectural and structural projects.
โข Utilize Rhino and Grasshopper for complex geometry modeling, parametric design, and automation.
โข Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to create detailed and accurate models.
โข Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
โข Conducted clash detection and coordinated with different disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
โข Maintain model accuracy, manage updates, and ensure compliance with project standards.

โข Bachelorโs degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
โข Minimum 1 year of experience working with BIM, Rhino, and Grasshopper.

โข Proficiency in 3D modeling, parametric design, and automation using Rhino and Grasshopper.
โข Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
โข Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
