𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Computational Designer
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: On-Site, Pune
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆: Studio Nest
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop and manage 3D models using Revit for architectural and structural projects.
• Utilize Rhino and Grasshopper for complex geometry modeling, parametric design, and automation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to create detailed and accurate models.
• Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
• Conducted clash detection and coordinated with different disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Maintain model accuracy, manage updates, and ensure compliance with project standards.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with BIM, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, parametric design, and automation using Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
