Location Delhi Industry Experience Furniture
Travel Required Yes, as and when required Monthly Salary (In Hand) ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
Working Days 6 Days Incentives As per company policy
Core Activities & Deliverables
Tender & Sales Collaboration – Coordinate with sales team to understand tender requirements, compliance clauses and scoring criteria.
Design Development – Prepare workstation layouts, system configurations and floor plans using AutoCAD / Pytha.
BOQ & Quotation – Prepare accurate BOQs and identify value engineering options.
Tender Submission – Compile drawings, BOQ, compliance sheets and submit tenders within deadlines.
Presentation & Mock-ups – Prepare 3D renders, presentation boards and PowerPoint decks for client meetings.
Documentation – Maintain archives of drawings, quotations and submit weekly / monthly activity reports.
Cross Functional Responsibilities
Coordinate with Central Engineering for non‑standard items.
Accompany sales team for client meetings and site measurements.
Capture site dimensions, MEP constraints and ergonomic requirements.
Present finishes, fabrics, PU colours and edge band options to clients.
Convert approved BOQ into IOF/CRM order and submit to HO within 24 hours.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture or Industrial Design.
Experience: 2–4 years in workspace design or commercial interiors with tender participation.
Tools: AutoCAD, Pytha, SolidWorks, MS PowerPoint & Excel, basic CRM/ERP knowledge.
Domain Knowledge: Office furniture standards and workspace planning.
Core Competencies
Client communication and presentation skills.
Strong visualization and detailing discipline.
Commercial understanding of pricing and margins.
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Collaborative approach with sales, engineering, factory and logistics teams.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Experience with Technical Drawing, Engineering Drawings, and Drawing
• Familiarity with creating Architectural Drawings
• Strong understanding of design specifications and technical requirements
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on complex designs
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with engineering and design teams
