• Design and organize training programs keeping in mind the organizational needs
• Conduct classes, workshops, and discussions.
• Carry out a skills-based training management course in a timely manner.
• Assess and evaluate trainees
• Ensure a technically sound learning atmosphere in line with the organization
REQUIREMENTS/MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Faculty requirement with vast knowledge in CAD SOFTWARE FOR CIVIL,MECHANICAL ,ELECTRICAL
