Computer Clerk
Working in a part-time capacity (3 days per week - Wed,Thurs,Fri 7am - 3pm) you will be responsible for the administrative support to ensure the ward runs smoothly. This includes managing patient records, communicating with patients, families and employees. You will be part of the 1 East team and report to the Nurse Unit Manager.
You will make an impact by:
Providing administrative and operational support admission/discharge processes
Ensuring accurate record administration and resource management
Providing superior customer service
Demonstrating strong communication skills
To be successful in this role, you will be eager to learn new skills, possess strong computer proficiency and communicate effectively.
You will have:
Well developed computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and clinical patient management software
Medical terminology competence
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Competent administrative skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively and autonomously
