Shreejilink Corporate Transit is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator & Excel Expert.
About the Role:
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our employee transportation services. You'll be responsible for accurate data entry, managing our database, and leveraging your Excel expertise to create reports and optimize our processes.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Accurately enter employee and trip information into our database system.
Maintain and update existing records.
Ensure data integrity through thorough verification procedures.
Excel Expertise:
Create and maintain spreadsheets for employee ridership, trip schedules, and other relevant data.
Utilize formulas and functions to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends.
Build and manage dashboards for visualizing key metrics.
Additional Duties:
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
