Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage and inspire students in the classroom.
Duties and Responsibilities:
#Creates lesson plans that are appropriate for the age and abilities of the students.
# Communicates students’ progress to parents.
#Provides appropriate resources and learning materials for students.
# Encourages creativity in students.
#Maintains computer laboratories and keeps an inventory of supplies.
# Ensures that computer equipment is functioning properly.
#Maintains accurate records of students’ progress in class and on examinations.
# Keeps order in the classroom and handles student behavior issues in accordance with
school system policies.
# Stays up-to-date on changes and advancements in computer technology taught in the classroom.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in schools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong command over computer science subjects
Classroom teaching and management experience
Ready to join immediately
Qualifications: Graduate or a Postgraduate in computer and B.ed would be an added advantage
