Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related accessories.
️ Install and configure biometric systems.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
️ Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and upgrades.
Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 12th pass (or equivalent).
Basic knowledge or strong interest in computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Willingness to learn about CCTV and biometric systems.
Familiarity with network protocols is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle field assignments.
