Qualifications
• Experience with desktop/laptop computers and computer maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware issues
• Ability to provide support for OS, basic networking

• Knowledge of networking and connectivity
• Experience with software installation and configuration
• Ability to work well independently and in team environments
