Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Test PCs, laptops, and related hardware components
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues
Sort and categorize components (CPU, RAM, SSD, etc.) based on brand, capacity, and specifications
Classify laptops by generation and configuration
Perform basic repairs such as replacing motherboards, screens, and batteries
Assist with stock control and inventory management
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of PC and laptop hardware (motherboards, GPUs, CPUs, RAM, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiar with laptop structure and basic repair techniques
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
