Role Overview:
We are seeking a Computer Lab Assistant to manage our studios and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of studio management, technical know-how, and an eagerness to maintain an efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of studio equipment.
• Assist in managing hardware, software, and network configurations in the studio.
• Ensure the lab/studio environment is organized, functional, and safe for use.
• Provide technical support during video shoots, webinars, or other studio-related activities.
• Perform routine checks on systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Good knowledge of studio management and relevant technical tools.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
