Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling computer systems and networks to ensure smooth and efficient operation. You will perform routine tasks such as entering data, running software applications, and troubleshooting any system issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor computer systems, including hardware and software.
Perform data entry tasks and process information using various programs.
Ensure the proper functioning of computer systems by running diagnostic checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve any system or application-related issues.
Maintain records of system operations and user activities.
Back up and secure data as required.
Assist with system updates and software installations.
Provide technical support to staff as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
